Step 1 – Select order type & search

Choose the type of order you want to cancel:

• New Order – for orders placed via Place Order.
• Replacement Order – for orders placed via Replacement Order.

Enter the order number you received (e.g. from SMS or confirmation page) and click Search.

Example: Order number ORD-2024-001234. Only orders that can still be cancelled (e.g. before manufacturing) will be shown.

Step 2 – Review order details

After a successful search you will see:

• Order details (order number, vehicle, status, amount, etc.).
• If the order is not cancellable (e.g. already in production), you will see an appropriate message.

Check that this is the correct order before proceeding to confirm cancellation.

Step 3 – Confirm cancellation & OTP

In the confirmation section:

• Optionally enter a reason for cancellation (helps us improve).
• Click Confirm Cancellation. An OTP will be sent to the phone number linked to the order.
• Enter the OTP in the popup and click Verify OTP to complete the cancellation.

Note: Cancellation cannot be undone. Orders can only be cancelled before they enter manufacturing; see Refund Policy for details.
