Step 1 – Verify vehicle data

Enter your vehicle details and click Validate! to confirm. Same as Place Order – state, maker, registration number, chassis and engine (last 5 digits). Example:

After validation you can proceed to Step 2.

Step 2 – License plate & fitment

Select fitment and replacement options, then upload documents:

• Choose Vehicle Class, Fitment Type, District and Fitment Location, then click Pick Available Slot to select date and time.
• Select Replacement Reason and Plate Color. Tick Front Plate and/or Rear Plate as needed, then HSRP Plate Size.
• Upload Document (PDF/Word/Image, max 10MB) and Front and Rear images of the plate (max 10MB each).

Preview: e.g. Reason – Damaged, Plates – Front & Rear, then upload document and both images.

Step 3 – Personal information

Enter your details and verify your mobile with OTP:

• Name, Address, Area/Landmark, City, State.
• Phone (10 digits) and Email (optional).
• An OTP will be sent to your mobile; enter it in the popup to verify before proceeding.

Example: Name – Priya Sharma, Phone – 9876543210. After OTP verification you can go to Step 4.

Step 4 – Confirm & make payment

On the final step you will see:

• Order summary with vehicle, fitment location, selected slot, replacement details and amount.
• Click Place Order & Make Payment to submit. You will be redirected to the payment page to complete the order.
• After payment, our team will review your uploaded document(s). Approval is subject to this review; you can check status on Track Order.

If documents are rejected, use Track Order to see the reason and upload the correct document(s) again.
